Suzanne Sandow, from Australia, is a director, actress, storyteller, and workshop facilitator. She studied acting at NIDA and taught after-school drama at Melbourne Girls Grammar School from 1990 to 2001.
Over 20 years ago, Suzanne transitioned from acting to storytelling, beginning at a fairy exhibition for the Glen Eira City Council. She took the exhibition to Kyabrum, where she also led storytelling workshops for beginners. She later became a regular storyteller at Wonderwings Fairy Shop for adult parties and has performed extensively in schools, libraries, shops, shopping centers, community festivals, and private events.
Suzanne often embodies her fairy character, Moth, during storytelling sessions, most recently at the 18th Annual Kanoon Storytelling Festival in Iran. She has also served as President of the Victorian Branch of Storytelling Australia and has been an active committee member for the past two years.
