Raquel Silvetti, from Uruguay, is a storyteller, author, and children’s educator specializing in preschool storytelling.
As an oral narrator, she has participated in activities across the country, working in rural and urban schools as well as institutions for children with diverse abilities. She coordinates school and college visits to the National Library and travels to rural schools, engaging students with storytelling sessions and writing stimulation activities. She also conducts workshops for teachers on the art of oral narration.
Raquel continues to travel throughout the country, sharing stories and encouraging reading among children.
