UNICEF 75th Anniversary Celebration with Storytellers for Peace


UNICEF, also known as the United Nations Children's Fund, is a United Nations agency accountable for give humanitarian and developmental assistance to children of the world. The agency is among the most popular and recognizable social welfare organizations on earth. UNICEF's activities regard providing immunizations and illness prevention, administering treatment for kids and moms with HIV, enhancing childhood and maternal nutrition, improving sanitation, promoting educational projects, and furnishing emergency alleviation in response to disasters.
It is the successor of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, created on December 11, 1946, in New York, by the U.N. Relief Rehabilitation Administration to offer immediate comfort to children and mothers affected by World War II.

Let's celebrate the 75th Anniversary of UNICEF with stories from Storytellers for Peace.


Eleven narrators and other artists, musicians and actors from different countries share fairy tales and thoughts about the importance of taking care of children all over the world.

Storytellers for Peace was born in June 2016. It is an international network of narrators to create collective stories through videos. Artists come from each continent and tell stories about peace, justice, equality and human rights. The project was created and is coordinated by Alessandro Ghebreigziabiher, author, storyteller, theatre actor and director.
